Fulfilment and Refund Policy

Hi there, thanks for purchasing your digital books from www.fundamental-changes.com this website is owned and operated by Fundamental Changes Ltd. – a UK company.

Due to the digital nature of our products, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund on any PDF book downloads unless they are faulty or corrupted. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, please get in touch via our contact form and we will be able to help you. We can usually sort things out by providing alternative links if you provide proof of purchase. 

Please note, we can see whether a product has been downloaded. 

We encourage you to get in touch with us ASAP in the event of any issues so we can help you in a timely manner. We’re all humans, so please don’t yell!

If you have purchased a physical or eBook from Amazon then they are your point of contact for printing errors or refunds. Amazon print our books and take quality control seriously. If there is a printing error in the book, they will be happy to help you return and replace your book.
